The Linköping University webshop is administered by Kontorab AB. Kontorab handles all orders and other matters relating to the webshop. Linköping University ensures the quality of the products but is otherwise not involved in the running of the webshop. If the customer wants to return their purchase they must e-mail customer services at email@example.com. The cost for the return shipping is payed by the customer. The customer is responsible for the goods during the return shipping. If the goods are lost or damaged during shipping the customer is responsible and the Linköping University-shop have the right to refuse a refund. In case of a refund the money will be returned within 14 days from the day the Linköping University-shop webshop received the message. The consumer can however have to wait until the goods have been returned or proof of the return shipment has been provided. In case of questions the customer can contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Business customers have no right to regret their purchase.
When a product is customized for a particular customer, no right of exchange, open purchase or right to regret applies.
If a product is damaged during transport the customer should contact the Linköping University-shop as soon as the damage has been discovered.
The Linköping University-shop commits to follow the Swedish “Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens” recommendations.
Shipping outside of Sweden is 199 SEK incl. tax per order.

Exhange of goods
In order for an exchange to be made, the product may not be used by the customer more than to try the size. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.
